Tuesday September 13th will be the first meeting of our NEW Run Club!
Here you will get to run with a coach or a buddy for better performance and accountability!
The Run Club is suitable for those runners who are comfortable doing a 5km run or more.
There will be up to three coached workouts per week on:
Tuesdays @ 6:30pm – speed work w/ Christine Line
Thursdays @ 6:30 – group run w/ Patte Beltrame
Saturdays @ 9 am – Trail Run or ? w/ Christine/Patte
PLUS* bonus long run drop in days on Sunday am’s w/ Patte…
We might have some field trip runs as well – try out different trails, loops etc!
Besides the two weekly coached workouts and drop-in runs, the monthly fee includes:
General Training Plan for a half or full marathon
General target nutrition plan/guideline
1 weekly Yoga Flow or 2 monthly GroupFIT classes
Monthly nutrition Seminar
Studio space to leave your personal iteams and in a colder months access to the studio post-run for stretching, etc….

* Runs only (no classes, up to 4 runs per week – $50 per month)
