Playing and practicing your sport on a regular basis certainly are a big part of becoming great at your game. BUT there are other ways you can increase efficiency , performance and stamina that often end up going neglected and athletes end up overtrained, tired and not performing to standards.
Ever have those days when everything just feels amazing?  Every pass goes where you want it, you are right where you need to be, have energy, endurance, and most of all Alertness and Quick reaction?

We have put together a three part series to help athletes and parents tap into a better understanding of sport performance and how you can improve your game.  All workshops are 1 hour in length and interactive.  Come ready to work!  Parents Encouraged to attend nutrition workshop
 

#1:  Dynamic Warmups and Using your Core (Session #1)
Dynamic Warm Up & Core Stabilization are important aspects of athletic performance. This workshop teaches young athletes HOW & WHY to incorporate these important concepts into their training by demonstrating and reviewing proper technique, timing and progressions. 

#2:  Training for Sports Perfomance (Session #2)

When is training appropriate for sport and at what age should we start with added resistance training?  Explore appropriate training methods and exercises to improve functional fitness, strength and flexibility for young athletes. Athletes will go through various circuits as examples.

#3:  Young Athletes Nutritional Needs – Eat for better performance (Session #3)

Are your young athletes getting all the right fuels for performance, recovery & development? Athletes will be put through a body composition analysis to screen muscle, body fat tissue and metabolic rate to identify individual nutrition needs.
