All our GroupFIT workouts are:

  • Limited to 8 people per session = Lots of individual attention
  • Small Group Training all led by a Personal Trainer.
  • AM and PM availability – choose any day/time of the week.
  • Work out any time that works with your schedule – no commitment to set days!
  • NO annual contracts! Programs run month to month.
  • Exercise 2-5 times per week.
  • Includes a monthly InBody composition assessment to check your progress each step of the way.
