The 6 Week Challenge Includes
- Set menu plans for each week so no over thinking required. Just shop off the list and follow the weekly meal plan. Program consists of 3 meals daily plus a blend of meal replacement shakes for first two weeks then you have the option of moving to 4-5 meals daily with or without shakes.
- Weekly Healthy Lifestyle ChallengeEach week we will explore a new area to focus on as it relates to a healthy lifestyle. We are giving you a whole week to focus on key areas here including slow eating for better digestion,

- Weekly weigh ins and nutrition appointment for studio clients*
