I joined push!FIT several months ago on the date of my annual physical. I realized I could not avoid it any longer… It is something I have avoided, thinking I could not possibly fit any more into my day than what I was already doing. Clearly it wasn’t working because I was not fitting into my clothes and my lower back issues were still a problem. I had heard of push! from several people and how good they felt. So that day, back in November I joined. I knew I needed to have someone tell me how to exercise and to motivate me to eat correctly. Now I am fitting into my old clothes, exercising regularly and I LIKE IT! Most importantly I am not having to visit my chiropractor as often because I have strengthened my core and as a result my back is in better shape. Thanks to all the trainers and nutritionists… you have helped and motivated me to keep going…
Laura’s StoryI struggled with that pesky 10lbs up and down over the years but this time it kept going up. When it got to 25lbs I knew I needed help. After talking to my doctor about shifts plus the extra 25lbs I went to see what “push” was all about. Oh my god, it has changed my life. Not only is the extra weight off. I look the best I’ve ever looked, am eating right, I feel amazing and I don’t know how to explain the drastic change even mentally dealing with my shift work. John’s StoryFor years I have played soccer and last year, I tore the meniscus in my knee. After taking a year off to get my knee scoped and finishing up physio, I knew I needed to do more. I was overweight and having issues with high cholesterol from my diet. Not good. I remember the first session with Christine and feeling like I was going to die. It took 3 hours for the “dry heaving” feeling to go away. 4 months later, I am likely in the best shape I have been in for more than two decades. I’ve been playing soccer again all season with confidence, I feel and look stronger and have focused on living and eating better. Christine has been far more than a trainer to me and I swear I wont stop til I can outrun her… Thanks Christine.
Kate’s StoryI took up running four years ago in an attempt to lose weight and get fit. I became hooked on it but my jelly legs could only do so much on their own and my dreams of weight loss didn’t become reality. I knew I needed some cross training if I was to achieve my goals. Christine convinced me to join the MCC program to improve my overall fitness and lose the excess weight. As one of her first clients at PushFit studio I received more than my fair share of her attention in those early days of huffing and puffing my way through the workout program. Weekly accountability for EVERYTHING I eat kept me on track and nutritional guidance made meal planning so much easier. Mini meals have become a way of life. I read restaurant menus in a whole new way now! New members joined and their pounds dropped off quite quickly, my jiggly bits toned up but they hung around for longer than most! Eventually after 14 months of GroupFit classes, “mini meals” and instructors encouragement I got to my goal weight. During the process I also met so many new friends at the studio and I improved my running with stronger legs and core. Christine’s inspirational style of coaching has changed my life, I have learned that fitness and well being is a lifelong journey which begins at any age.
After seeing my results my husband also joined the studio and is seeing great results too. Across the ocean my sisters were amazed at my new body shape which inspired them to join a fitness and weight loss program in Scotland. So you see, PushFit changes many lives with each client!
Mary’s StoryDuring the last six years before joining PushFitStudio, I felt that my physical ability had become stagnant. Although I was active, I lacked energy and stamina. Christine Line of PushFitstudio, along with the nutritionist have taught me to achieve a balance of nutrition and exercise enabling me to reach my goals of weight loss and feeling healthy and fit in a short period of time. Donna’s StoryI have been an active person over the last 30 years and after a back injury several years ago, I have struggled to find an exercise program to help me get back on my feet. After attending an open house, I signed up for the exercise and nutrition programs at push, and have not looked back. I became accountable for my well being. Learning to eat the right foods at the right time along with the exercise has enabled me to lose weight, inches and become more toned. I feel stronger and have energy plus!
