Good Morning!

First off I want to say a big THANK You for reading this, for allowing me and our entire team to connect with you with our stories, tips and hopefully weekly workouts!

It’s because of you we are able to touch lives and create lasting change in our community. You know my passion for personal growth has always stemmed from fitness.

Why? Because when I turned 13 something changed. Prior to that I HATED gym class and sweating. I thought I was a terrible athlete, hated running and people made fun of my athletic skills… I started to believe them and think I wasn’t ever going to be good at sports.

Then one day a friend dragged me out to soccer tryouts. That was the end of the B.S. and the start of greatness within me.

The simple act of training and running to keep up with everyone gave me a rush of energy. The focus and daily discipline required to master the drills resulted in awesome results for me. I made the team. That act of daily discipline and the reward was fuel for a fire… it kept me going and created killer momentum. Finally – it was my coach. He believed in me. He encouraged me, he pushed me, he told me I was capable of more…. and he was right. I became the captain of my high school team and started working as a fitness trainer at my local gym. Today we have push!FITstudio 🙂 yah!!

From that day on I never looked back.

I want the same for all of you. The reason fitness is so powerful is that it LITERALLY changes who we are. It starts with creating more energy and switching our brain chemistry to feel better and happier.

The hard work and daily habits over time produce CHANGE we can actually see – we lose fat, get toned, get faster, move pain free. How awesome is that?! Seeing that change gives us more momentum and before you know it you are crushing past things you never thought you would be able to do.

And finally – every great athlete needs to be surrounded by an amazing coach.

It’s our MISSION to be that coach for you. That person who encourages you, pushes you when you don’t think you can do it, and continually challenges you to raise the bar on your fitness with new goals.
