If you don’t have time to watch the video, here are the key tips to help burn unwanted body fat:
- Keep consistent with meals. Eat every 3-4 hours- commit to the practise, commit to consistency, commit to regular meal times.
- Eat a balance of all three macronutrients– proteins, fats, carbohydrates- all are necessary for your fat loss!
- Eat a quality source of protein with all of your meals. Protein gives us lasting power and most people aren’t eating enough!
