Are you looking for a quick, easy and healthy breakfast? Our recipe for Simple Chia Seed Pudding is a simple way to get your morning nutrients and definitely a fan favorite on the 30 Day Fatburn Challenge. Here’s the recipe:

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of chia seeds

2 cups almond milk

1 sup raspberries

1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

pinch of sea salt

3 tablespoons maple syrup

1 scoop protein powder

Directions: Pour chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla extract, sea salt, maple syrup, and protein powder into a bowl. Stir until well combined. Allow to sit for 30 minutes whisking every 10 minutes until mixture thickens. Place in refrigerator and store for several hours or overnight. Evenly separate into 4 mason jars. Top each with berries.
