Good morning! I’m writing this morning sitting in a little coffee shop in Whistler village anxiously waiting for the lifts to open! It’s like being a kid in a candy store x100! I am so blessed to be invited out to Vancouver to speak at our national fitness conference. It was a great experience and I got to meet and converse with some wonderful, like-minded people who share the same passion for helping others live a life of great health.

The real icing on the cake however was being able to go for an early morning run through Stanley Park with a dear friend. The next day I got to do a plyometric body weight workout by the water facing the mountains at sunrise. Today I get to use my body in another wonderful way…downhill skiing at Whistler Mountain!

Why am I sharing this with you? Because all of these movements ENERGIZE me in a way I simply can’t describe with words. You really can’t describe it until you feel it! And once you feel it, you just want more of it. These few days are a wonderful reminder of how thankful I am to care for, move, feed and nourish my body so it can take me places that expand my world. Through this strong, healthy body I feel rushes of LIFE energy as I do the things I love and charter new adventures. It is the way I fill my energy bucket, cross things off my “bucket list” and really experience that sense of being FULLY ALIVE. This is why I am passionate about what I do – what WE do here at Push.
